All individual competitors will receive a Certificate of Performance and written comments from the Adjudicator.
All adjudicators are artists of high personal achievement and extensive teaching experience, sympathetic to the purpose of the Balaklava Eisteddfod.

THE 3 FINALISTS SELECTED WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM FOR ADJUDICATION AT THE SUNDAY FINALE CONCERT.
Performance will include the Vocal Classical Solo that was performed in the Saturday Vocal Section. Finalists are also required to perform a Musical Theatre Solo as a contrasting piece demonstrating versatility. (See criteria for Musical Theatre music under Saturday Sections)

VOCAL SCHOLARSHIP 2011
The Adelaide Plains Male Voice Choir Inc. Vocal Scholarship is open to any person between the ages of 13 years and 18 years on July 1, 2011, entering in the Classical Solo Division of the Vocal Section of the Balaklava Eisteddfod.
The three finalists competing during the Finale Concert will be selected by the Adjudicator on Saturday, 6th August 2011, from the entrants have applied for the scholarship.
The Scholarship will be adjudicated on performance and potential.
SUNDAY EVENT
FINALE CONCERT
Balaklava Town Hall, 2.30pm
• Adjudication of the Adelaide Plains Male Voice Choir VOCAL SCHOLARSHIP will be a feature of the 2011 Finale Concert.
• Championship Winners from the various Sections of competition will be invited to perform in this concert. Championship trophies will be presented at this time.
• The combined Mid North Primary Schools Festival of Music Choirs will perform.

Entrants who fail to comply with any of the foregoing Rules and Conditions of Entry may be disqualified. The decisions of the Society shall be final in all questions or disputes that relate directly or indirectly to participation in the Eisteddfod by:
a) an Entrant;
b) an Entrant's parent/guardian;
c) an Entrant's teacher; and/or
d) any other person associated with the Entrant.

COMMUNICATION
After the closing date (6th MAY 2011) the Society will design the Eisteddfod programme to match the entries. Any late entries will be accepted at the discretion of BES, according to numbers already entered in those divisions. * Numbers will be capped at approximately 12 entries in each division *
The official programme and detailed instructions will be sent to all entrants by the end of June.
