A former flautist with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Alison is currently patron of the South Australian Flute Society.  She was a lecturer at the Flinders St School of Music, and is now an AMEB examiner.  She recently toured New Zealand with the Eliza Tones Flute Ensemble.
