Mark C Smith studied trumpet and composition at the Elder Conservatorium where he graduated with a Master of Music Degree. He is nearing the completion of a PhD in Music Composition. Mark is the Principal Conductor of the SA Police Rangers Band. He works as Director of Music at Star of the Sea School. |
